By placing an order with Infinite Lighting, you accept our delivery, warranty and payment terms. Infinite Lighting reserves the right to change these delivery, warranty and payment terms at any time. In the case of a completed transaction, the terms apply as they did on the date mentioned on the invoice.
Infinite Lighting guarantees that the price mentioned on the invoice is a fixed price. However, for incorrect prices due to server problems, hackers, computer viruses etc. we cannot take responsibility.
Infinite Lighting aims to keep all items mentioned on our site in stock and to deliver them within 3 to 5 working days. In case an item cannot be delivered because it is not in stock at that moment, the purchase agreement will be cancelled. All discussed and mentioned delivery times are an indication only; therefore, we cannot be held responsible if these times vary (up to 15 days). In cases where delivery times may run over 15 days, you will be notified promptly via e-mail/SMS/Call of the delay.
Please ensure that you fill out your address correctly so that we can send your order to the nearest branch for pick up. If your address is not filled out correctly, Infinite Lighting shall cancel your order. If you still wish to receive your order, after it has been returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it to the correct address with extra charges.
Personal information will not be kept on file, unless you wish to be informed about our special offers, new products and other information provided by Infinite Lighting.
Your e-mail address will be added to the Infinite Lighting's mailing list and shall not be used otherwise, or forwarded to any third party.
Item(s) may be changed within seven (7) days upon delivery, in the original undamaged packaging and a copy of invoice must be enclosed. A duly accomplished change item form is required to be filled out.
All item(s) are inclusive of a 6 month warranty (excluding light bulbs). Infinite Lighting guarantees that all delivered items(s) live up to the required demands of existing governmental regulations and protocols; and that the item(s) are delivered in new and in working condition. If during normal use of the item fails within the 6 month warranty, Infinite Lighting will repair the item free of charge.
In case the item fails beyond the 6 month warranty, Infinite Lighting can still repair the item but with a minimum service fee and cost of replacement parts.
It is Infinite Lighting's responsibility to open and test all item(s) delivered in the presence of the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that a duly assigned representative or the buyer himself is present to witness that the item(s) are in good order and condition.
If you return any item(s) for repair or replacement, you will need to contact Infinite Lighting either online, via call/text or inform the store manager in person. You may email a copy of the invoice and a filled out return form with a description of the complaint to email@example.com
Any item(s) returned without the required return form and a copy of the invoice, will not be dealt with.
The warranty will not apply in the following circumstances
Item(s) altered by a third party
Item(s) damaged due to negligent maintenance
Invoice date was altered or made illegible
Item(s) damaged by improper or inaccurate use (e.g. by not following the instructions in the user manual)
Item(s) damaged intentionally or due to gross negligence
Item(s) damaged by external factors such as adverse weather conditions (e.g. lightning strike,rain)
Item(s) became overheated after exposure to central heating or another heat source; or from using a higher wattage than advised
Item(s) damaged after exposure to moisture, extreme heat, extreme cold or sunlight
Any repair costs as a direct result of third-party damage will not be compensated
Light bulbs are not included in the warranty
LED bulbs come with a 1 year warranty.
All images displaying products on Infinite Lighting are done so as accurately possible. However, it can be possible that an article differs slightly from the images displayed on our website. Infinite Lighting cannot be held responsible for differences between images displayed and the actual product.
All items are prepared for store pickup or prepared for delivery once full payment has been received by Infinite Lighting. If payment is not received within 7 days of placing the order, the order shall be cancelled.
