1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash (in-store and online purchases)

  • Paypal ( online purchases)

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, etc.)

  • Bank Transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.)

  • GCash & Maya (for fast and secure digital payments)

  • Check Payments (for corporate accounts, subject to bank clearing)

2. Do you accept installment payments?

Yes, we offer installment plans through selected credit cards and financing partners. Please check with our staff for available installment terms.

3. Is there a minimum purchase required for credit card transactions?

No, we do not have a minimum purchase amount for credit card payments. However, installment options may require a minimum purchase amount.

4. Do you charge additional fees for card transactions?

No, we do not charge extra fees for credit or debit card transactions.

5. Can I use multiple payment methods for one transaction?

Yes, we allow split payments (e.g., part cash, part card, or GCash). Please inform our staff at checkout.

6. Do you accept online bank transfers?

Yes, we accept online bank transfers via major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.). Kindly send proof of payment to our customer service team after completing the transfer.

7. How do I confirm my bank transfer payment?

Once the transfer is completed, please send the payment receipt or screenshot via email or Viber/WhatsApp. Our team will verify and confirm your order within 24 hours.

 

8. How long does it take for a bank transfer to be verified?

Bank transfers are verified within 1-2 business days depending on the bank’s processing time.

9. Will I receive an official receipt?

Yes, all transactions come with an official receipt. If you require a BIR-registered sales invoice, please inform us in advance.

 

10. Do you issue invoices for corporate or bulk orders?

Yes, we provide official invoices for corporate, contractor, and bulk orders. Please provide company details for proper documentation.

Refunds & Cancellations

 

11. Can I cancel my order after payment?

Once payment is made, orders cannot be canceled. Please review your purchase carefully before confirming.

Refunds are only applicable for defective products that meet our Refund and Replacement Policy. Payments for confirmed orders are non-refundable unless due to product defects.

No, we currently do not offer layaway or partial payments. Full payment is required before processing an order.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

 

Infinite Lighting warrants that all its products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of TWO (2) years from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated.

 

WARRANTY COVERAGE

  • Covers manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship.

  • If a valid warranty claim is made within the warranty period, Infinite Lighting will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product.

 

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not apply if:

  • The original proof of purchase, delivery date, or product number cannot be verified.

  • The defective parts are not returned for inspection if requested.

  • The product is no longer in the possession of the original end-use purchaser.

  • The product has been:

    • Used for unintended purposes.

    • Damaged due to misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, neglect, or mishandling.

    • Improperly installed, stored, maintained, or operated.

    • Used in violation of Infinite Lighting’s written instructions.

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, abrasions, discoloration, or deterioration due to exposure to chemicals, paints, solvents, or abrasive cleaning methods.

 

SERVICE AND INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER

This warranty covers only the product itself and does not include service, labor, installation, removal, or any associated costs.

 

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Infinite Lighting follows the guidelines set by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Consumer Act, ensuring consumer rights while maintaining fair business practices.

ENSURED QUALITY CHECK BEFORE RELEASE

  • All products undergo strict quality control and inspection before being released to customers.

  • For in-store purchases, customers must inspect and confirm the item’s condition before leaving the store. Once claimed, the product is considered inspected and accepted.

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

A refund or replacement will be granted if the following conditions are met:

  •  The item has a manufacturing defect and is returned unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.

  •  The issue is reported within seven (7) days from the date of purchase or delivery.

  •  The item was not installed, used, or altered in any way.

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

  •  Items that have been used, installed, or modified.

  •  Items that are no longer in their original packaging.

  •  Items damaged due to improper handling, misuse, negligence, or installation errors.

  •  Items that do not have a valid proof of purchase.

  •  Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

 

PROCESS FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

  1. File a Claim – Contact Infinite Lighting within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide Documentation – Submit proof of purchase, photos/videos of the defect, and return the item in its original condition.

  3. Inspection & Approval – Our team will inspect the product to verify eligibility for a refund or replacement.

  4. Resolution – If approved, a replacement will be issued, or a refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

 

FINAL TERMS

  • Infinite Lighting ensures that all items released have been properly checked. Customers purchasing in-store must inspect their products before claiming them. Once the item is received, it is considered inspected and accepted.

  • Infinite Lighting reserves the right to refuse any warranty, refund, or replacement claims that do not meet our policy requirements.

  • This policy may be updated or revised at any time without prior notice.
